Admissions

All Saints Classical Academy operates with a rolling admissions policy, but has a primary enrollment window from January to June to enroll for the upcoming year. Recognizing the unique dynamics of a hybrid model, and the importance of collaboration between parents and teachers, the application process is quite involved, as outlined below in the Admissions Process section on this page. There is a $100 application fee, which is applied toward tuition if the student is accepted and enrolled. At many schools, fees for all sorts of things quickly add up. It is our policy to have no additional fees. Tuition is as follows:

Admissions Process

Parents and Students Seeking Admission Must:

- Confess the Nicene Creed and adhere to our Statement of Belief.
- Be actively involved in a local Christian Church.
- Maintain appropriate homeschooling documentation for their state of residence.
- Understand and embrace All Saints Classical Academy's mission and approach as a hybrid classical Lutheran school.

Steps in Admissions Process:

1. Schedule a visit to the academy to observe, meet families, and staff (if during the summer, schedule a meeting with the headmaster).
2. Submit an application for admission accompanied by the application fee.
3. Upon reviewing the application, the headmaster will schedule an interview with the prospective family and student(s).
4. If student(s) and family are deemed a good fit for the academy, an acceptance letter with Family Enrollment Agreement will be sent.
5. A placement evaluation for your student(s) will be scheduled (a written/oral assessment performed by a teacher to evaluate students holistically).

By submitting an application, parents and students affirm their commitment to All Saints Classical Academy's Handbook.

Joining the Preschool Co-Op

Our preschool co-op functions as a parent-led activity hosted by the church and academy, who provide a chapel service and oversight as needed. There is no tuition cost, and parents work together to divide up tasks as needed. It is a beautiful thing to see young families working together, raising their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
